South Bay
Dubai South Properties, a master developer, has launched the South Bay in The Residential District’s center. A 1-kilometer-long crystal lagoon and “multiple beaches” will be in addition to more than 800 villas, townhouses, and waterfront mansions. A waterfront promenade stretching over three kilometers is included in the project. The built-up area of the townhouses and villas at South Bay will range from 2,900 to 4,800 square feet, with a mix of semi-detached villas and townhouses with three, four, and five bedrooms. Each of the waterfront mansions will have five, six, or seven bedrooms and a maximum built-up area of approximately 13,000 square feet.
